Ordering & Availability
Can I buy directly from Cadence International?
Yes — Cadence International is the official European distributor for ALLIED bicycles. You can order framesets directly through our website.
Are all framesets in stock and ready to ship?
Each product page shows up-to-date availability. Many sizes and models are in stock and can ship quickly from our EU base. For custom colors or out-of-stock items, there’s a bit of extra lead time — but we’ll keep you updated along the way to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Can I order an external ABLE?
We do offer a version of the ABLE with an externally routed ABLE fork for
the front brake, an Eagle with an external cable port for the rear
brake, and standard IS41/52 headset compatible with standard stems.
Custom Paint Options
Do you offer custom paint?
Yes. ALLIED offers a selection of premium custom paint options. We will work with you to finalize your color and finish preferences. Additional charges apply.
How long does custom paint take?
Custom finishes follow the same production timeline as Allied’s stock paint options, so there’s no added lead time.
Shipping & VAT
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the EU and the UK. For countries outside these areas, please contact us directly — we’ll be happy to work something out. All orders are dispatched from our Portugal-based warehouse.
Are VAT & Duties included in your prices?
Yes — all listed prices include VAT at the applicable rate for your country. For the UK, prices also include duties and taxes.
How long does shipping take?
Framesets typically ship within 2–5 business days if in stock. Custom orders ship upon completion. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options supported through Shopify Payments.
Can I pay in installments?
At this time, we do not offer installment plans. Full payment is required at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted on eligible items in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Do you have technical documents for Allied's products?
Yes — just send us an email and we’ll send over the PDF files.
What’s included in the frameset?
Each product page lists exactly what’s included in the frameset. For example, the ABLE includes the frame, fork, seatpost, stem, and headset. The BC40 includes rear shock and headset.
