Return Policy & Process
We know a bike frame is a big commitment—especially when buying from abroad. That’s why Cadence International exists: to make premium frames like ALLIED’s easier to access across Europe, and to back every purchase with real support. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase or help you find the right fit.
If you need to return one of our products, our return policy makes it simple for you:
- You can return any product for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You will receive the full amount minus 5% for credit card processing fees.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming that we have received and processed your returned item.
- Once a refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment within 7–14 days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
- We do require that you contact us in advance at info@cadenceintl.com to be provided with a return authorization number so we may more easily track your return.
We follow EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from this right.

Exchange Policy & Process
