Warranty Policy

At Cadence International, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Allied bicycle and frameset we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim process for products purchased through Cadence International.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Allied framesets purchased through Cadence International are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the practical lifetime of the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase.

Paint and cosmetic finishes are covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, including paint adhesion defects.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Cadence International or an authorized Cadence International dealer.

Warranty claims may require inspection and technical assessment by Cadence International and/or Allied Cycle Works.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship

  • Structural defects occurring under normal intended use

  • Paint adhesion defects within the applicable warranty period

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, chips, dents, cable rub, or finish fading resulting from normal use

  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper care

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, modification, or installation of non-compatible components

  • Corrosion or environmental damage

  • Commercial use, rental use, stunt riding, or other abnormal use

  • Damage caused during transportation or by external impacts

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand sales

  • Labour costs associated with removal, re installation, shipping, duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise agreed in writing

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance are considered normal.

Third-Party Components

Complete bicycles assembled and sold by Cadence International may include components manufactured by third-party brands, including but not limited to drivetrains, wheels, cockpits, suspension components, tyres, saddles, and electronic systems.

These components are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies and are not covered under the Allied frameset warranty unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cadence International will reasonably assist customers with the warranty claim process for eligible third-party component issues where possible.

Crash Replacement

In certain situations, Cadence International and/or Allied Cycle Works may offer a crash replacement discount for products damaged outside of warranty coverage. Availability and terms are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@cadenceintl.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Product serial number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected area

Cadence International will review the claim and may request additional information or inspection before submitting the case for technical evaluation.

If a warranty claim is approved, Cadence International will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable national or European consumer protection laws, including legal guarantees relating to conformity of goods.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
